Because on the internet people WILL stumble on it even if they didn't want it.
Basically all "Don't Like Don't Look!" people are immature and egotistical to me and just want their ego stroked. :I What they really mean is "If you see this and don't like it, please don't tell me because I can't take criticism/dislikers!".
If I dislike something I don't really comment on it unless I want to ask something. But even as someone that doesn't attack people for drawing certain things I just HATE the "Don't Like Don't Look!" mentality.

i love people who are like my art sucks, dont like it its bad, you're just saying that to make me feel better about my art, etc...
